North West Commercial Photography by Martin Hambleton

Welcome to my commercial photography blog.  To start, why not have a look at the video below?  It’s only a minute long but gives a great flavour of the range of commercial work I regularly undertake.

Throughout this blogsite you’ll find regular updates of all my commercial photography assignments, from taking a simple headshot for social media to tracking the construction of a new building over almost two years; along the way I’ve photographed portraits in the studio and on location; shot interiors of old and new buildings; worked alongside PR companies to create eye-catching images to accompany news stories; and shot all manner of events.

While I specialise in ‘people’ photography – portraits, events and PR comprise a lot of my commissions – I’m also an experienced interiors, exteriors and product photographer, and shoot an increasing amount of fashion, hair and beauty work.  Feel free to browse through the blog to get a flavour of the range of my work, or choose from one of the categories above  to get you started.

I’ve been based in Altrincham for the past decade, and a lot of my work is within the Borough of Trafford, or throughout Greater Manchester.  But I regularly travel further afield for assignments – I spend a fair bit of time going to London, the West Midlands and Yorkshire for instance.  So if you’re further afield and like the look of my photography, please don’t be afraid to get in touch to discuss your requirements.

I’ve won a few awards too.  In 2014 I was the Altrincham & Sale Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year, was shortlisted in the Black and White Spider International Awards for outstanding black and white photography in 2016 and have received four nominations in the 2018 International Color Awards for outstanding photography in the fields of Architecture, Portraits and Silhouettes.

If you have any questions, would like to know about rates, or want to chat about a possible assignment please give me a call, email me at info@martinhambleton.com or fill in the contact form at the top of the page.

Thanks,

Martin.
