Long term readers will recognise the name The Profile Club features often on this blog. Hard to believe it, but it was set up just over six years ago by founder Barbara Hallwood, as an exclusive members’ club for movers and shakers in the South Manchester area. Last month the club held its sixth birthday party, hosted by Profile Club member Rosso restaurant in Central Manchester and I was on hand to record the event. Champagne and canapés (delicious ones, I might add!) were served to guests, who were also entertained by the rather wonderfully talented String Infusion, an all-female string ensemble, here represented as a trio.
